This is collected:
- Through information you provide to us on our website contact & appointment forms
- Through information you record on our automated phone system (recorded voice messages)
- During in-person or telehealth sessions
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide you with psychological services, assessments, and support
- Schedule appointments with our practitioners and manage your care
- Communicate with you about your treatment
- Respond to inquiries and requests
- Improve our website, online services, and user experience
3. Website tracking and analytics
We use third-party tools to help us understand website usage and improve user experience:
- Google Analytics – to measure website traffic and user interactions
- Google Ads – to track the effectiveness of online advertising campaigns
- Hotjar – to view heatmaps, clicks, and scrolling behavior for website improvement

We use several services to collate web form submissions, inbound emails, and voice messages to manage scheduling between you and your practitioners. We make every attempt to archive the information in these systems when it is no longer needed (at least every 30 days).
Some of the services we rely on may store data outside Australia. By submitting data in our web forms, or using our automated call recording system, you consent to this. We take care to protect your information even when it is stored outside Australia.
5. How we share your information
We will only share your information:
- With your consent
- When it is clinically necessary (e.g., referral to another healthcare provider)
- Where required by law
Your personal information is not shared with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes beyond the website and analytics tracking tools listed above.

- Request deletion of your information where it is no longer needed

8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for your care, legal requirements, or practice management. Voice messages are deleted automatically every 7 days, and web enquiries are automatically deleted every 30 days.

Launch Psychology operates in accordance with:

- AHPRA and APS Code of Ethics standards for psychologists
